Ollanta Humala ha ganado la 1a vuelta de la presidencial en Peru.Pasa a la 2a con Keiko Fujimori hija del ex prsidente Alberto Fujimori aun en prision despues de un discutido gobierno.Los primeros dias de Junio es la 2a vuelta.Ollanta llegò el 2006 a esta tambien y solo perdiò por 5% frente al saliente Alan Garcia.Este ultimo se va sin pena ni gloria.Su partido el Apra no llevò candidato y al final apoyò tardiamente al candidato ultra conservador PPK ,Kusinski un economista

Eso ha sido el capital poltico de Humala,el descontento del modelo que produce un espejismo de desarrollo concentrado sobre todo en Lima su capital que ha cambiado hacia una urbe moderna.
Pero en ella misma persiste la pobreza que alli es un 34% de la poblacion.En el sector rural puede bordear el 40%.Peru es 13 avo entre 17 en distribucion de la riqueza.
Asi las cosas deberia ser el proximo presidente.No es un hombre muy carismatico pero es metodico.Parece estar rodeado de buenos asesores.La derecha no tiene muchas cosas en comun en su fragmentacion sino caudilllismos poco articulables en un frente comun.Fujimori debe cargar con su juventud y el fantasma de los desaguisados del gobierno de su padre, atentados a las personas y corrupcion.Ollanta no es Chavez pero obviamente cercano.Si existe algun acuerdo implicito de apoyo del partido de Lula este le darà màs reditos.tanto en status internacional como en expertice para organizar el gobierno con sus asesores.Ademàs la social democracia del Partido de los trabajadores ha logrado producir ambas cosas que el modelo neoliberal peruano no tiene,desarrollo con justicia social.Pese a su pasado nacionalista y contestatario Ollanta parece haber aprendido la leccion y ahora su cercania al Palacio de Gobierno es màs posible con una oposicion muy fragmentada y muchas esperanzas de los excluidos del pretendido milagro.
